WHAT WE DO

The Friends of St Mary’s School (FOSMS) brings together parents, carers, staff and members of our wider community to support St Mary's and help make school life that little bit extra special for every child.

Throughout the year, we organise a variety of fundraising events, activities and community occasions for children and families to enjoy. These can include seasonal events, discos, fairs, themed activities and plenty of other ideas along the way.

As a small school PTFA, everything we achieve is made possible by the people who give their time, ideas and support. Whether you can help regularly or simply join us when you can, everyone is welcome and every contribution is valued.

WHAT WE FUND

The money raised through FOSMS is used to provide additional opportunities, resources and improvements that benefit the pupils of St Mary's.

This might include educational resources, equipment, enrichment activities, improvements to school spaces or those little extras that help make school experiences ever more memorable.

We work closely with the school to identify where FOSMS funding can make the greatest difference, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helps us raise funds that make these projects possible.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

There are lots of ways to be part of FOSMS and getting involved doesn't have to mean big commitment. 

You might be able to help at an event, donate a raffle prize, share and idea, help behind the scenes, support one of our projects or simply come along to lend a hand when you can. Every bit of help makes a difference.
